Fort Whyte Alive wedding with Dayna & Arthur

Fort Whyte Alive wedding days are always pretty, but Dayna & Arthur’s felt extra right for them. These two basically met on a bike date… or maybe it was a canoe date. One of those. Either way, they do both now as much as they can. Their ceremony was outside during sunset, wrapped in trees and water, and it suited them perfectly.

After the “I dos,” they spent the evening mingling, roasting marshmallows, and letting me drag them out on the dock for sunset photos. They were total models about it and just leaned into the moment. At one point, they hopped into a canoe in full wedding outfits and paddled around the pond. I wasn’t worried for a second—this is literally their thing.

It was one of those days that felt simple in the best way: nature, a couple who are fully themselves, and a venue that gives them room to move and breathe. Couldn’t have asked for a better day for them. Congrats again, you two.
