Lower Fort Garry wedding for Meghan & Tyler

Its had been years since I photographed a Lower Fort Garry wedding. Thank you Meghan & Tyler for inviting me to your special day, I adore this location. Happy one year anniversary to these two! The day had a bit of smoke in the air from the northern forest fires, which gave everything this soft, moody vibe that somehow just worked perfectly.

I had photographed her twin sister’s wedding that same year in the winter, Ashley & Chris, so being there for Meghan & Tyler’s day felt extra special and familiar. Melanie Parent Events planned the whole thing and the old-fashioned reception setting was spot on. There were so many amazing people involved—Let’s Celebrate Rentals, Maiden Floraico, Sweet Impressions Bakery, Urban Prairie Cuisine, Made Beauty Co, Jenna Rae Cakes, and Evoluir Hair Salon. It was a beautiful day then, and such a fun one to look back on now for their anniversary.
