Dear friends, clients, and fellow photography lovers,
What. A. Year! As 2024 wraps up, I’m feeling grateful and energized after a whirlwind of love stories, celebrations, and—of course—favourite wedding photos. Every click of the camera this year held a little extra magic, and it’s all thanks to the incredible couples who trusted me to capture their biggest moments. This year marked another milestone for Moore Photography. From elegant ballroom weddings at the Fort Garry Hotel to rustic celebrations at White Poplar, Starlit Point, and Bella’s Castle, I had the privilege of documenting love in some of Manitoba’s most breathtaking venues. And don’t get me started on those South Asian/Punjabi celebrations—multi-day festivals of color, tradition, and joy that fill my creative cup to the brim.
Behind the lens, I’m lucky to have my partner in life and creativity, Julie Fulsher, by my side. She makes everything better, from capturing those candid moments to keeping our family (and me!) grounded. Special shoutout to my second shooters Chris from NGO Photography and Harinder Singh Photography, as well as the videography dream team at Dean Rover Films, Behira, KT Films, and Urban Cam Productions. You guys make wedding days seamless and fun.
Wedding planners like Soiree Weddings, Inspired Elegance Events, Melanie Parent Events, Plannin Companion and Tricia Bachewich Events have been the secret sauce to some of the most well-executed days I’ve photographed. A massive thank you to them for their vision and tireless effort.
This year, I edited 41,166 photos with the help of Imagen AI, saving over 330 hours of manual work—proof that innovation is every creative’s best friend. The time I saved went straight into connecting with clients, exploring new venues, and finding fresh inspiration.
It’s hard to pick a “favourite venue” because this province is stacked with gems, but highlights this year included the stunning RBC Convention Center, Bridges Golf Course, and the Royal Canadian Aviation Museum. Each venue brought something unique, and I loved collaborating with top-notch vendors like Beauty by Vee, Hair by Olga, Floral Fixx, and Dream Day Decor to create magic for our couples.
To all the couples, families, vendors, and friends who made this year unforgettable—thank you. Your trust and energy fuel my passion, and I’m beyond excited to see what 2025 brings.
Let’s make more memories. Let’s create more magic.
Warm regards,
Curtis Moore
