There’s something truly special about capturing love, and Kirsty & Zachary’s engagement session at Assiniboine Park was no exception. With the golden hues of sunset, their adorable fur baby Ralphie by their side, and some beautiful English garden engagement photos, the evening was perfect.

We started the session in the park’s beautiful English garden. The garden’s romantic vibe, combined with Kirsty & Zachary’s love for each other, made for some truly wonderful shots. And let’s not forget Ralphie, who added an extra touch of cuteness to every frame.

Kirsty and Zachary’s love story is unique. Brought together through the geekery fun of online gaming, they crossed a country border to be together. Their sweet and kind personalities made my job as a photographer easy and enjoyable.

What’s even more exciting is their upcoming wedding next year at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. Yes, you heard that right—the actual festival, complete with costumes, knights, and wenches. I can’t wait to capture their special day amidst the festival’s fun. Let’s go!
